Concerning: Business Continuity related to Coronavirus
Dear client / partner / supplier,
We informed you earlier about the effect of the Corona virus on the continuity of our business. The virus continues to spread, and we would like to inform you about the measures we are taking to assure timely production and delivery of our products to you.
In accordance with the Dutch government advice, our employees are encouraged to limit business travel to the absolute minimum and work from home as much as possible. Our factory workers and other personnel essential to production will continue work on site.
We have established a team that is working to determine the appropriate measures which should be taken during this event. This team will focus on maintaining business continuity including IT, procurement, manufacturing and supply chain functions.
The entire global supply chain has been impacted due to the coronavirus outbreak. This has led to large-scale disruption in marine container shipping services and may result in a reduction of delivery reliability, frequency and availability in the short to mid-term. We are working closely with our customers and suppliers to mitigate any potential impacts or delays.
The Corona virus is global and the situation changes from day to day. Should you have any questions, please contact us: email@example.com
