Applications
Through the various sizes of our Cow Brand and Gold Medal products, our pure butter ghee can be used at home, for foodservice and for industrial purposes. Besides the bakery applications – such as baklava, mahmoul and khanafe – it can also be used as a taste maker in rice dishes.
